  • RETURNS: For in-person purchases, returns will be accepted within 10 calendar days of the date of purchase. For online purchases, returns will be accepted within 10 calendar days after receiving the product. The product has to be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which it was received. Please make sure that the original product tag, hygienic liner, and packing are intact when you send us the product back.*

    If your product has been used, worn or washed, and for some reason it has a problem, we would try our best to accommodate your situation and fix it.

    For online orders: If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is damaged, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please message us at rosalbamalandrinollc@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID.

    All shipping charges are responsibility of the purchaser.

    *Condition of the returned product will be determined within 10 business days after receiving the product back.

    REFUNDS: For in-person purchases, refunds are only given to sales returned within two days (48 hours) of purchase.  For online purchases, refunds are only given to sales returned within two days (48 hours) after receiving the product. Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 business days from the approval of return based on the conditions of the product.

    EXCHANGES: For in-person purchases, exchanges are only given to sales returned within 10 days of purchase, and based on inventory of the returned product. For online purchases, exchanges are only given to sales returned within 10 days after receiving the product, and based on inventory of the returned product.* The new product will be delivered within 15 business days from the approval of return based on the conditions of the product.

    The buyer is responsible for paying the price difference of the product returned and the new product, as well as return shipping cost (with tracking information) and the new shipping to send the correct size.

    All shipping charges are responsibility of the purchaser.

    *If your return is approved, but the product returned is sold out, your purchase will be compensated either through store credit towards another product, or through a money return in the same form that the payment was originally received.
